the hotel location is great a few minutes walk from o'connell street and the city centre. the breakfast buffet included plenty of choice of food and beverages. the staff were so lovely and helpful. i found the breakfast amazing.

the bathroom size was not ideal i had to step one foot in the shower to get in. it was unsatisfactory.

The family room was a great size. Breakfast offered many choices and i found it very good. The staff members were always attentive, respectful, and courteous. Valentino were really nice for us and i very much appreciated it. The reception staff were friendly. They seemed to take pride in their work, SUCH a rare thing.

There were some light switches in the room that were not convenient.
