good size comfy beds great location short walk
i stayed in a beautiful double single room for one night. the rooms are a good size! the beds were comfy. the location is GREAT! it is less than 10 minutes walk to the ilac center and the town center.
the noise levels on my floor were a bit loud.

great location friendly staff
the hotel location is great a few minutes walk from o'connell street and the city centre. the breakfast buffet included plenty of choice of food and beverages. the staff were so lovely and helpful. i found the breakfast amazing.
the bathroom size was not ideal i had to step one foot in the shower to get in. it was unsatisfactory.

my room was clean and quiet i slept very well. a convenience store a pharmacy several pubs restaurants and a pizza shop are just across the street. wifi was available in the room.

great size many choices attentive staff rare thing
The family room was a great size. Breakfast offered many choices and i found it very good. The staff members were always attentive, respectful, and courteous. Valentino were really good for us and i very much appreciated it. The reception staff were friendly. They seemed to take pride in their work, SUCH a rare thing.
There were some light switches in the room that were not convenient.
